Moritzburger Schlossrestaurant in Moritzburg

We were very satisfied with the service and the food was delicious. Unfortunately, this restaurant has to be locked down again due to the Covid19 pandemic (from November 2nd, 2020). We really feel for it and hope that the many companies affected make it and continue to be there for us. Hold on!

Very tasty and nice atmosphere.

Unfortunately, we have had very bad experiences with the staff, the castle is very nice, the staff is totally unfriendly and did not manage to use it after more than 1 hour .... Conclusion: Never again ...... better in that City of Moritzburg visit a cafe !!

Unfortunately, the staff was very sleepy and not attentive, even though it wasn't well attended. Had to ask them for every action. Pity!

The restaurant is very nice and stylish. We celebrated the 18th birthday of two children. The service was super friendly and everything went perfectly. Even for the vegans among us, two new dishes have been added to the menu. It was a beautiful day. Thanks to the team from the castle restaurant.

Glorious the glory! Only the empty showcases after the robbery of the most beautiful pieces make you sad - like an open wound ?

The castle is just breathtaking. If you go on a carriage ride, you will always hear a lot about the castle and the stories of August the Strong and the film "Three hazelnuts for Cinderella". I can only recommend Moritzburg Castle, as the Cinderella exhibition is also in winter.

Nice castle, the audio guide is recommended, especially for children. Parking is plentiful, if you like walking there is free parking in the city.

Great, ... delicious food ????

I cannot recommend this café at all. My sister and I were there around 3pm on Friday afternoon and actually wanted to drink a cafe and eat cake. But the waitress ignored us all the time and rather cleared the tables or cashed in from the other guests. After we waved to her to make our order, she arrived with the card and threw it on the table, saying that she had noticed us without taking an order and then went back to serve other customers. I have never experienced anything so unfriendly in a tourist place. We will never know whether it was racial reasons now, because we left the cafe after their behavior.

We were not in the restaurant but i Schloss ?

We used the castle as a destination for a Sunday walk and are then in the castle restaurant. The ambience is appealing, the staff courteous and the food highly recommended. We have a clear recommendation for this.

Unfortunately I can't say much about the food, as I immediately left the restaurant after the "nice" greeting from the staff. When my family and I entered the restaurant, we just looked around and stood in the direction of a table that was still covered. Immediately there was a rude scream from the other corner: "Ey hello? A tour group has just come out and the table is not even cleared, go back to the first room!" After this announcement, we immediately left the restaurant. It's a shame.

You have a wonderful view, inside and out. Sympathetic staff. Fast operation.

The location is spectacular. The weather also spectacular. The service here was truly appalling. We like others only ordered because we asked to be served after waiting 30 minutes. One couple were asked if they enjoyed their food. The hadn't ordered! The two orange juices we ordered took three attempts to get right. One attempt came with a coffee that we had already been served. The icecream we ordered came after we had finished everything else and at the request. The staff whilst not rude were ill mannered.

Very good atmosphere and friendly service. Again and again gladly a trip there. All 4 seasons are worth a trip.

For Bohemia, a magical place. The Cinderella exhibition is precisely processed, I recommend adults without children.

Good food, rather small portions however and unfortunately a very disappointing vegetarian option.

We were wheelchair to exhibit three hazelnuts for Cinderella. Staff very friendly and helpful. Visiting a wheelchair in the castle no problem. You have to tell staff and then you will be driven to each floor. There is only one elevator is unfortunately not very big. The staircase / access to the castle leads over a bridge with a rise. I had to push a wheelchair and it was very hard so I needed help. Castle and surroundings really worth seeing. Prices are OK too. Cake offer great and also delicious ..

The food was okay, ate much worse. Hardly any waiting time, although the shop is booming. Maybe a little expensive, but ok in the location.

If you come with two small children you dont want to wait for the waitress for 20 minutes. We saw many people nervously waiting to order or to pay...Ignorance is their main speciality.
